Don't let politics overtake appointment to fill Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's Senate seat

I would hope Gov. David Paterson would be most concerned with who would is best qualified to fill Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's Senate seat and less concerned with the appointee's politics.
