Manhattan lonely heart wants to buy a $3 million Super Bowl ad ,Looking for Love

This gal's fourth and desperate.

A Manhattan lonely heart wants to buy a $3 million Super Bowl ad so she can advertise her availability to millions of potential husbands nationwide.

Amy Borkowsky - who gives her age as somewhere between Carrie and Samantha - is confident she'll up her odds of marriage if she markets herself to an audience of captive, guacamole-gutted football fans.

"Dating is a numbers game," she said. "I need to reach a large pool of guys."

To that end, she has created a Web site, SuperBowlSingleGirl.com, to raise money to reach her multimillion-dollar goal to buy a 30-second shot at love.

So far, she has bagged about a grand, mostly from $10 and $25 donations.

But she is still optimistic.

"I know times are tough," she said. "Even $10 is as appreciated as the bigger ones."

Those who do dig deep - $10,000 or more - will get an invite to the wedding if Borkowsky's scheme lands her at the altar.

The slender brunette said coming up with the idea was simple, thanks to her background as an award-winning ad exec.

"For me, it was a natural thing to say, 'Hey, why not run a personal ad where the greatest number of guys will see it?' " the Long Island native said.

Nearly 100 million people tuned in to see the New York Giants trounce the New England Patriots.

But Super Bowl ad spots are going fast. A spokesman for NBC, which is airing the Feb. 1 game, said there were fewer than eight left.

"All I need is 3 million!" said Borkowsky, who has written several books and does stand-up comedy.

She said if she doesn't meet her ambitious end goal, she'll donate all the money to the United Way.

But Borkowsky has already brainstormed ideas for a TV spot. She might write a jingle, feature testimonials from ex-lovers or even do side-by-side comparisons of her and other single gals.

Even though she loves the spotlight, Borkowsky insists she's really just looking for a nice guy with a good heart. source>>>
